This app can be used in the clubs or any fine dining events where the speaker randomly plays some music. The people can prioritize their own taste of music by upvoting or doing some sort of payment to play their favourite song.

I worked on a similar side project called HeyDJ where its somewhat of a simplified version of what you built. I had user login and each user would have a music queue, the QR of which could be shared and once its scanned, that's when the audience could get to the song search part and upvote songs and to play or not /remove the song is up to the user whose queue it is, that way making the logic lot simpler. I made it so the primary usecase was in Pubs where audience could let the DJ know what song they wanted to listen and each table could have a QR

Now I got it, like it is just like a fare app where a bunch of people want to play a music of their own choice but the dependencies are voting, payment etc. So the song will play based on voting or payment and since the song will be at the top of the list but once played then can't be played up to 20 mins (to avoid repetition and like log tang na ho bar bar sun kar).
