We humans tend to attract negative emotions, thoughts, expressions etc and material things quite easy and fast. The thing that takes time is the positive energy likewise with time you grow, learn, understand more so, this preboard motivation video is literally a strategy planner rest is your choice that you keep yourself tight and strong or easily attracted by the negative things that can destroy one's whole damn carrier or i should say the whole persons life.
