We need to stop treating physical symptoms as fear. They are physical not fearful n will pass if we continue to treat them as physical feelings. Don’t be scared of a physical feeling!

How do you apply DARE for mental Sensation of anxiety when they are there 24/7 and you feel like you are going insane going mad and will develop szesophrenia any moment from so many years of suffering 🥺 it getting worst and worst 🥺is it possible to develop szesophrenia or bipolar or phycosis if I Been suffering for 16 years ? Every year it feels worst 🥺
