I love when I see David doing an analysis like this. Albeit 7 years ago. I have the 4, 6 and the 8 pound clubs.

David: Had two thoughts: 1) It seems that you can vary the "weight" by changing your hand placement. With your hands separated as they were, it would easier than with hands at the end as on a baseball bat. And 2) Would you ever do full swings and just flat out hit the heavy bag? Oh, and a third thought: I'm wondering if there's some overlap in benefits between this club and a rope medicine ball (or "volcano ball")?

I just had one further thought: When I've seen you use this club, you've always held it with two hands. But I could see how it might also be good to swing it around holding it with just one hand.
