The Complete Dragon Ball Timeline | Channel Frederator

The Dragon Ball series is a classic and I highly doubt that there is anyone in the free-world who doesn’t know what it is. Goku is just that well known, and if he isn’t known by someone, then I’m certain that whoever you’re asking has at least witnessed Super Saiyan before, either through clip, explanation, or meme. At the time I’m making this video, we’re only five days past the 37th anniversary of the release of the first chapter of Dragon Ball’s original series which saw the rise of Goku to stardom. Starting as inspiration from the chinese novel “Journey to the West”, Goku would later on, through the Z Era, grow to take inspiration from various other series, such as Superman, Alien, Terminator, and 1001 Arabian Nights. Beyond that, we got the glorious and slightly underrated series Dragon Ball GT, as well as the not-quite-as-underrated-but-still-underrated series Dragon Ball Super, which is currently still in serialization, though it’s still on hiatus after finishing the Granolah Saga. Given the release of the new Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie, as well as the 37th anniversary which we’re slightly late for (Whispers: Sorry, Dragon Ball), we thought it best to cover a timeline of the Dragon Ball Series. We will be covering both designated canon and non-canon material in this composite timeline, so don’t let that confuse you. With that out of the way, let’s get into it!

This was a very open minded review. I genuinely enjoyed watching this. DBZ will forever remain iconic and it opened so many doors for so many series to come afterwards. RIP Akira Toriyama.

The most underrated subgenre, elements and theme in DragonBall are its sci-fi/space opera. As the bonafide king of shonen manga, Toriyama was so far ahead of the curve, he left the entire industry of manga in the dust and created the only global multimedia cornerstone to give Mickey Mouse a run for it.

Most favorite moment - Gohan fighting against Cell and transforming into SSJ2. Second most - Goku becoming SSJ for the first time. I am so thankful for seeing this as a child on Tv for the first time making it the most memorable moments of my childhood. DBZ FTW!!!!
