Here's the thing like a red beet down below with a comment. They send and do this budget for the this car size drone .But don't talk about our own moon airbrush it behind the media pages . Because there's a lot going up in the moon it's like a transfer station .

So we need to process all the methane into oxygen and water.
I’m not chemist, but it sounds like there should be some kind of process for this. Which would make building a habitable zone possible.
We’d have to do our homework and plan carefully so the process didn’t run away and cook the moon, but definitely doable. Alternatively, have a methane powered rocket to fuel return trips with some huge tankers to burn for future missions.
Hmmm maybe some seriously reusable oxidizers need to be created with some novel engines that don’t waste the oxidizer in the process. Tough problems but having methane there certainly would make it a possibility.

So, I'm not a scientist/engineer of any kind, but, do propellers work without air to spin in? Does Titan have air? Do propellers spin in any atmosphere regardless?

Such a meaningful mission. I'm glad we prioritise things like this instead of solving poverty or hunger. So much to learn about distant rocks we could never live on 😂
