What is oVirt
oVirt is an open-source distributed virtualization solution, designed to manage your entire enterprise infrastructure. oVirt uses the trusted KVM hypervisor and is built upon several other community projects, including libvirt, Gluster, PatternFly, and Ansible.

I am deploying it on top of another Hypervisor as I do not have enough Hardware, but I hope it gives you a good idea about the capabilities, and How-to deploy it.

In future videos, we will see some exciting news about Data Protection for oVirt/RHEV.

Hi, I’ve been looking at trying this with the latest oVirt release, but after the install completes and I access cockpit, the virtualisation app doesnt appear in the left hand menu, have you seen this or have any suggestions?

Installed oVirt 4.5.5, but I cannot login on the web GUI. Already tried admin and root, the password is absolutely right, indeed I'm able to login via SSH as root... so what's wrong?

Hello Jorge, thanks for this great video. Can I create a ovirt cluster with 2 nodes, and with another set of hard drives in RAID in those same 2 nodes, a GlusterFS storage cluster for High Availability for the ovirt ? so only 2 high quality proliant for example for a whole cluster virtualization and storage ? I can do that in StarWind in Windows and Hyper-V for example.

For some reason i got this message when i type my fqdn "The he_fqdn proposed for the engine VM resolves on this host" we have the dns, the fqdn and we dont known what we should do. We replicate your video but we didnt use a vm (Bare Metal)
