Empaths are here to do a lot of that purging and facilitate this process.

I love that you called the nuances of being empathic super powers. My whole life I have been told that I’m too sensitive, I cry too much, you’re too this, you’re too that, you’re taking things too seriously. And, it’s always made me feel made about myself. I have been going through a lot of changes, personal growth, a journey if you would. And, it came to me one day, that I am sensitive, that is who I am and there is nothing wrong with me just the way I am. And, that day I decided that my sensitivity was my Superpower!
