I find it very hard to believe that it is producing 2600 watts, Mini turbines spinning 5 times as fast have a hard time generating 750 watts.

Liked the project and the use of PVC, a very versatile material. I would personally have used a smaller diameter pipe in order to increase the pressure hitting the fins, would have put 4 more fins, and would let a free flow exit of the water rather than the 45 deg used which decreased free flow.

I would think the water would turn the turbine counter clockwise. Looks like it's going the other way!

Why would you put the exit pipe so close to the input pipe? Why not the water flow in a circle and then exit right before the input pipe ? Seems like a waste of energy. Nice work overall!
