Where you from? Because, I’m in Texas and I never heard DMV. In Texas, it’s called DPS. This is the first video I watched from you.

Immediately take photos of car accident don't move car until after photos have been taken! I can't stress this enough. Call police. Get a witness if possible phone number. Take photo of person who hit you. Write down on pad exactly what and how it happened date, time. It's not to pricey get a camera for your vehicle, absolutely use it always when driving. Someone will call you more than once asking same questions. A person will say they are trying to figure out who's to blame and record your conversation. Record your own conversation with them. Listen to video, for his ideas. Save every text, Save every call made to you. Report Insurance who won't pay claim, to State Insurance Commission. Check to see if there is a camera on light pole. If there is, have your attorney subpoena the camera recordings. Person will ask about your seat belt and who else was in car with you.
