I am working in Michelin Star Restaurants for 30 years now and i still Love it. To be honest it's hard Work but it's sooo satisfying at the end of the day. Unfortunately most people don't want to work so many hours every day. They don't know what they are missing. Love your content ❤

Bro thank you for putting up your content. It's nice to see good creative food made by a real chef, not all the paper chefs with there recreation of the big Mac sauce. Keep holding the line down chef.

Give ten chefs the same ingredients and the same recipe, and you'll get ELEVEN different dishes.

The brotherhood (women’s included) in the kitchen is greater then in the military.

Now kids, remember most of the cooks are working in shitty conditions and are severely underpaid, even the job of chef de partie in a high-end restaurant is terribly harsh for your nerves, legs and back and still quite underpaid.
So, unless you are some genius or/and a guy who was brought up with a silver spoon in your mouth, so you could go and spend a couple of years in France just to learn in Cordon Bleu and working for free in some Michelin star restaurant so one day you could do with your skill you will most likely work pay check to pay check, with legs that really hurt and close to none time for anything else.
Passion is great, but living life is better.
Still love your skills man, greeat job!

The people doing the actual work are wonderful, until they steal your tips. The industry is toxic and abusive ..
