I recently bought the 270Pro Backpack S. haven't really had much time to use it but in my short stints, it does become quite heavy when fully extended and using it at a slight angle. Fully vertical fully extended would be OK for fake-drone shots. Excellent build quality.

Thanks for this tutorial👍...Little expensive but definitely worth all the money spent! Some time ago, I tried to make one at home with telescopic profiles in transparent polycarbonate. No shadow, sin has no resistance to bending. It can be up to 1.2m long ... so I abandoned the idea...

It depends pretty much if the bending is aligned with the stitch line. But you were holding the stick in a wrong orientation. That's why the stick is so visible.

So I found the perfect folding tripod base for the 270pro backpack. It's the LEOFOTO VD-02. It's very stable and has enough weight to hold the pole with my gopro max with no problem. It's available on Amazon. You will need to buy a 3/8 - 1/4 adapter to use it. But works great
