Broken 2023 Cannondale Habit Carbon Mountain Bike Frame.Looks like its time for a Bike Build Project

I recently broke my 2023 Cannondale Habit Carbon mountain bike frame. I was not hurt too badly but the frame is a goner. Time for a new bike build project

It’s just more suspension so the jumps are softer I have the same suspension on my bike it’s great

Welcome to the world of cannondale carbon bikes. I’ve had 4 break on me during races, but I’ve used Chinese knock off carbon frames from eBay and Amazon that have lasted me YEARS I still have one from 6 years ago that I did MULTIPLE downhill comps on, and it a crack

I remember seeing a photo of an old cannondale which had survived a building caving in on it during an earthquake. Sigh, those were the days.

Haha. That's what happens when you get these high dollar ones. I have a hard tail 29 2 20 with Kenda sport nevegal 29 2 20 tires and it's a steel frame, no problem in it braking. Never broke a frame and I jump the highest jumps and take the craziest berms and more.

I don’t know what natural immunity I have to never catching the Carbon Fever…but I’m glad because I’ve never had an aluminum frame buckle on me after of dropping down two stories in the lumber yards. Choose wisely!

That's why I go for a thicker beefier carbon fiber frame and same thing with a beefier aluminum frame

If you trying to go fast on an mtb sooner or later you'll pay a big price both on health and money.

If you wanna go fast on a MX motorbike..it is an actual challenge that costs the same and has less danger because you see right from the start this aint no mtb hype so you leave your ego at the gate..
