I like your finger clicker. I'm in a wheelchair and just got some cheap clickers form Amazon. They go around my wrist and I'll always have it but that's cool. I'll invest in one if my clicker training takes hold. I inherited a three year old dog with little training. He takes commands well but doesn't have a real base. So I think the clicker will work. He is fearful of voice commands and has piddling issues. I believe the clicker will lessen the fear response and increase the understanding and provide positive reinforcement.

Will you confuse the puppy if you use them both interchangeably? Already trained with “yes” but would like to introduce the clicker and keep the “yes” for when I do not have the clicker on me.

Im not sure if its the same for dogs, but for parrot training the clicker is more consistent because the sound is always the same, and your voice fluctuates and might be confusing because of the fluctuation.

Are you using a horse clicker??? I'm trying my best to find yours specifically because I trust your application of that particular product. I know there are others but I've never seen them in use.
