So we started off with transgender & now they're starting to introduce transracial.
I think we all know that:
Trans-age (you can identify as any age you desire, for example you can be a 50 year-old who wants to identify as a 7 year old.),
Trans-species (you can identify as any species you desire for example as a human you can identify as a dog or cat.).
These are things they'll push with time to come believe it or not, but how quickly it's accepted will depend on if society entirely rejects it.

The organisation is deliberately making it highly precarious, even to true believers, giving it total control and grounds for immediate dismissal of any employee by bypassing all the employment laws.
This makes all employment contracts entirely one-way, as rules for the employee but not the employer - if anyone complains there's a woke excuse for summarary exit. It's worse than a zero hours contract - it's a zero-rights contract.

Reminder to self never become a civil servant. This is why I couldn’t work full time within an organisation again. When you temp you only have to last 6 months before you move on. I say only but I did get sacked in my first week once. Some geezer commented on my poor ironing skills so I politely told him to FO and I’m the bad guy 🤣
