PRIMETIME December 2023: Biggest Scandals, Great Expectations and New Watches!

Welcome to the festive edition of the PRIMETIME Watchmaking in the news.

As #2023 draws to a close, we contemplate the significant #watch scandals of the year, encompassing recent developments with @christies , and anticipate what #2024 holds, particularly with regards to price adjustments and new mergers and acquisitions, including @Breitling taking care of Universal Genève. The positive note is that Swiss watch exports have once again achieved record-breaking figures, showcasing numerous exceptional timepieces and collaborations and that we already have great new #watches to start the year the proper way.

But above all, we wanted to say a huge thank you for the great interaction we have enjoyed with you for so many years and on behalf of the whole WatchesTV team we wish you all a super nice holiday season and a fabulous 2024!

I was very excited to hear Breitling bought UG. I have a Polerouter, it was my grandfather's watch and I've always had a special place for that brand. Like you said though, hopefully they keep its character intact.
