I really appreciate you Jang. I took about a three year break from Lego and now, it is so difficult to find any watchable Lego content. I'm so tired of people practically yelling into the camera. I also appreciate your general positivity. I am so tired of reading so much negativity on any new thing that comes out, whether it is Lego or anything else. People don't seem to like anything.

Medieval market is one set I've always kicked myself for not getting years and years ago, and have always wanted to try and get some day, so this is such a welcome surprise to me! Personally I can't wait and I'm so glad castle is getting so much love lately

I love that it's not just a straight-up remake. It can stand on its own, but if you have the original medieval market village, this one will just complement that one (as well as mill village raid and medieval blacksmith)

I love the recent medieval stuff they're doing. As a lifelong performer in medieval fairs and shows this is a great way to combine my hobbies together. I have the blacksmith and the lion knights castle and this one will be a perfect rounding out for my town.

My boyfriend absolutely loves Lego castle, and has been wanting a set like this for years now! We haven't bought the line knights Castle yet, we're going to have to spend so much money

Oh darn, this ties in so well with the Lion Knights' Castle that everyone that's got that one will have to get this one too. Like for example, me. Not sure about the value though.
I like how they used the exact same style of castle wall/tower, but they probably over-used that roof design. And somehow the whole thing manages to look both incredibly well-finished and at the same time look like a brick link designer model or something. Can't really put my finger on it.

I kinda liked how you didn't;'t mention the price in the beginning. The more you went through the details the more I thought - $279 - so the $229 price seems quite fair - the amount of fun this playset has - yeah - quite a good deal and I love how flexible the display options are!

While I did see the caption after watching - that shows the price - I like that it is almost a "hmmm...how much will this be?" kinda thing as features are shown and such. TLG has had some good deals lately, but they also some March 1st sets that seem overpriced [that Ninjago buggy - $50? Really? They're going full The Marvels set on that one! But then they have some quite good values too. Though this is expensive, this feels like a good value to me. And I had no idea this was coming. Thanks for the video, Jang!

I would rather had one detailed building akin to Medieval Blacksmith than several smaller ones. It's an alright set, but it feels like a nostalgia bait.

Really love this. I have a lot of castle friends who have been wanting a village expansion for their displays. It would be really cool if lego uses Icons to build us a full kingdom. I could definitely see a medieval marketplace or town square in the future to pair with this, the blacksmith, and lion castle.

Was hoping that as a "Town square" all buildings will be 2 stories tall, just like the original Medieval Market Village from 2009.

Looks like a great set, and also not to far being to scale to the castle. To me it looks like a great playset, which doubles with displayability aswell.
It´s a lot of Money, but i think i agree that the value is there.

I don´t know yet about buying it since i don't feel like playing with my little nephew with €150+ sets (and i lack the space to display). And that should not be a problem, since i do play with him with 3 €80+ sets and lots more.
It just is a feeling :P Dunno what the outcome maybe.

I am slightly underwhelmed, wish they had gone up to $250 or even $300 and given us more stuff. The scale is right, it’ll look great with the castle, I just wish we got more farm animals and maybe another building and some trees.
