I do all of that except instead of using the paste and seasonings - I use the buldak sauce. I put a little bit of cream and mayo to make it creamy and then use the fresh ball of mozzarella cheese. I slice it and place it on top. It is good

Amazing, that's similar to how I make them! ❤ I also add either chicken or fish and many many maaany veggies to it. The more, the merrier. My favourite veggies for this dish are bok choy, leek and enoki mushrooms 😋

If you want to get a nice chewiness as well add potato starch. It will give that nice chew as well. ❤❤

Funfact: with ramen it's rabokki and not tteokbokki (ramen+tteokbokki lol). We usually eat this meal with a lot of spring onions - already added to the sauce in a late stage and not only as a topping. The spring onions add extra flavor to the sauce and if you really wanna have a Korean street food taste, also add oyster sauce and dashi (Korean beef broth, it's mostly vegan!). Traditionally it's made with fish cake, but I don't like the taste of it since I'm a child. When I do Tteokbokki at home, I take Chinese cabbage (for a nice texture) or thinly chopped carrot slices instead. Try it out, if you want to and enjoy!
