In this video I cover a free After Effects plugin that you can use to add perfect ease to your keyframes. It's called Animation Composer and is available for free in the link below.

Animation Composer:

You'll want to go into the Keyframe Wingman section. This is where I you edit the ease of your key frames inside After Effects. I recommend also changing your work space to show the graph editor. That way you can see more of what's happening to your keyframes.
