It's very unlikely. Humans make a very poor livestock animal. Too little meat yield, too long a gestation period, too long to reach full size and maturity, too small a litter size, and they need to eat a varied diet. It's likely that the "unkown" Is simply detritus that falls in the vats since the other categories account for animal fat and protiens.
