I just bought a CO2 system 2 days ago and this video provides all the info I was searching for. I'm still in the agitated phase of determining the difusor placement and the bubbles per second, nearly driving insane. The checker is dark green. It's a heavily planted 100l (26.4 gallons) aquarium, currently at 3, 4 bps. Subscribed!
Thank you very much for this video! Regards from Portugal!

I like how on the "DIY" side you chose the most basic system sold from a company - a bottle with a hole in it. There are much better choices which include a regulator, solenoid, needle valve and bubble counter. You add cheap citric acid and sodium bicarbonate which lasts a month or more

Very helpful and right on time as I'm looking into getting new plants from you guys and starting co2. Keep it up with videos 👍.

I just bought a few plants from your website and I can't wait to get them. I'm totally new to all this, but I'm about 9 days into my first planted aquarium. I know I want more control than a DIY C02 system has to offer, but for me, the only reason a pressurized C02 systems is intimidating, is because there really is no all in one unit. I feel like I have to piece a system together with our really knowing what I'm buying. I have access to cheap soda stream refills, so that seems like the logical route for me, I just don't know what else I need to buy to make sure everything will work together.

Thank you for the video! Question: is it normal for water to get into the CO2 line before it hits the bubbler or after it leaves the bubbler to the diffuser?

Lucky I found this great info! Can you do a video about C02 injection in multiple tanks, and possibly how you could inject C02 into a Betta Barrack? ( 3 tanks, one 33 gallon, and two 20 gallon long tanks.) I just set this up, but don't know if I can inject C02 into the middle of each 20 gallon long tanks with compartments for Betta. The larger tank has no compartments. Thanks in advance! Love your videos!

I want to use a splitter on a pressurized CO2 system to service 6 to 8 tubs filled with only plants. What are the components called that I would need to buy? Will I need several drop checkers or just a manifold used for aeration?

For diy systems, would creating more flow on the surface of the water to regulate the amount of co2 be a good idea to cancel the overproduction of co2?

Thanks for very useful info!

Just one question lets say if we start co2 and light for 7 hours in evening, do we need to turn off water filter in this time window? As water filter will remove co2 and add oxygen then its useless to start co2 system.. Rite.. Let me know whats ur openion. Or its ok to run co2, light and filtration system together?

Im using a homemade injection system. My main question is, does surface agitation prevent over gassing? And if not, how lo g should i let a Yeast/jelly system run? I have about 1 bubble per second in a 10 gallon
.
.
Im a college student so all the things i needed, i already had.

Hey, new to live plants.
I just received Vallisneria plants from BP.
They came with the foam wraps on the bottom along with weights.
Do I leave those on or remove them before planting in substrate?
Thanks

Can you just add C02 every once in awhile like once a month or once you start using it you have keep using it forever?

Glad I came across this. Can you use a pressurized system on a fluval flex 9 gallon? Is the tank too small for it? I have so many questions. Lol...Ill stick with the one. Lol
