This video made me emotional. Our brain is powerful; more than what we think. It can be tamed; be controlled unless we believe in the lies people tell us. I learned it from my experience how my 'thinking' affects the brain. And You know, you dont need anyone to support you; to believe in you if you want to learn; to move forward, all you need to do is believe in yourself.

All this time I've been doubting myself.I never really believed that I am smart and I could achieve anything I want .I had a low self confidence and everytime I would blame myself for being stupid and worthless while I actually was pretty successful .My mom kept telling me that I was smart but I never believed those words.I want to believe in myself, I want to be optimistic and not give up.No matter how much I fail, I want to keep on going.This video made me realise that people are really smart, when they believe they are .So believe in yourself
