Paradiddles Hands and Feet

From Maksym Deomin's Paradiddle Book. Playing paradiddles on drum set between the hands while playing them with the feet at half speed. Then reversing the feet by starting the paradiddle with the left foot. First at slow speed, then at normal tempo. Great for independence!
