During the interview, the producer and visionary director of The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day discusses reuniting after so many years, why it took so long for Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) to return to the franchise and what people can expect.

Plot: Sarah Connor and a hybrid cyborg human must protect a young girl from a newly modified liquid Terminator from the future.

Terminator 2 should've got a real sequel a long time ago in the late 90's set in the future war. I mean where the plot could go from T2? T1 was a horror movie, T2 action movie so T3 could've been futuristic sci-fi movie and also a prequel to T1. Arnie was great as an emotionless cyborg in T1, in T2 he was a good cyborg trying to understand the values of human life, so in T3 he could've played an actual guy from whom the T-800's likeness was based on. It could've been a complete story arc for Arnold's character starting from an evil emotionless cyborg to some dude in the future war from whom Skynet was inspired to use his likeness for it's T-800 model. It also could've end the story in full circle during the final battle by sending T-800 and and Kyle Reese in 1984. A wasted opportunity. Could've been a great trilogy. Such a shame.

Absolutely full of it. Did the same PR crap with genesys and spent years enforcing the idea that killing off important well developed characters that audiences got to know was bad... Then dark fate goes ahead with one of the most ridiculous opening scenes. Hypocrite.
