I achieved the full screen but it freeze in the loading point why?

This is not a glitch or an error !
You just can't change it when you loaded your save. Only when freshly launched it but not loaded a game !
NOTHING BIG STUFF !

Not have to watch this video just get out of the game and launch it again before entering into the game go to options > display setup > and change your resolution
