If you want lesser sharp Focus and concentration then follow this steps :-

1.Stop watching P***n and
2. 1 hour Workout + meditation
3. Use the mobile data pack of 500 mb only believe me your mobile addiction will get cure
4. Study 30 min and 10 break( don't use smartphone in this break)
5. Spend atleast 10 - 20 min with your parent
6. Be connected with god
7. You are legend dont compare yourself
8. Take 8 hour sleep and study atleast 6 hour a day
7. Don't neglect your hobbies

Mere friend ko 10th me 94% aaye the.. Uska 11th ka result aaya.. He has failed in chemistry and maths..
Mugjhe 10th me 96% aaye the..
And aaj hi me chem ka paper dekar aaya hu.. And i think i will get atmost 30 🙂.
And abhi toh maths and physics baki hai..
