Happy to see that the Bee has actual dense good plastic. I have only the DOTM Bee and the pure clear plastic doors and roof really put me off from transforming him too much. Which is sad because the live actions figures have some of the best looking alt modes.

All things considered wave one of SS (2023) was quite solid, both Cheetor and Scourge are the standouts to me. Definitely got my sights on both of them as well as both Battletrap and Bumblebee! Can’t wait for wave two though, I’ve heard that we’ll see the WFC (Game) guys then which I’m totally down for!

The fact Studio Series reached its hundredth figure, has 19 released waves of deluxe class figures and that it’s been around for nearly five years makes me feel so old I think I’m going to turn to dust. Studio Series, with all the additions it’s seeing, will probably become the longest-running mainline Transformers toyline ever.

I love these types of videos, can defenietely help picking up a figure. I am a huge fan of this Scourge design, burning inside truck mode, insignias as trophies and a pretty menacing look. Plus I like how he can use Freezer as a weapon

Keep in mind battle trap is not a brand new character, it’s just the first time he’s ever appeared in live action. And he is also probably the furthest departure from his original designs.

Great countdown. While my only real concern about Scourge is the QC/durability and the price isn't the greatest I still feel he offers up a fun experience as the truck isn't undersized, and the bot mode has a fantastic level of detail/articulation which automatically makes it a great toy to mess with now and again. Out of the rest of the pics I'm really sold on the Bumblebee and that's as someone who's collected from the original 07 release to I think the DOTM deluxe with the exception of the MP Bumblebee movie release. The only one I felt that had the best combination of durability, simplicity and articulation was the DOTM release. This however is a great update, and change up while still retaining the 70s Bee aesthetic. A definite buy. Battletrap is a maybe as Voyagers are insanely expensive for what you get but same could be said for all size classes at this point.

I love that they brought back the classic 70’s era Camaro look for bee. I always preferred that version of his alt mode as opposed to the more modern Camaro design, and the off-roading rally car sort of accessories make him look that much cooler.

Nice vid, I agree with most of your picks except I would swap Cheetor and Scourge, looking forward to wave 2 and movie
