5 Issues wrong inside the 2021 Ram TRX. Will Ram fix them?

There are 5 issues inside the 2021 TRX that could be fixed either by Ram or with the aftermarket. Not being able to edit drive modes, can't get RPM's, paddles shift slow, digital rearview camera, and the console plaque are issues that I go over in this video. Some I will provide solutions for, others I hope Ram would do a software update to unlock some of the issues I discuss.

I agree with the Alcântara problem on the center console. I never put my arm on it because of the dirt problem.

Excellent video. I ordered mine June 7th or something. Waiting for this truck to arrive. I found a lot of videos you posted very helpful. Especially the missing bolt one. I’ll definitely ask them to hoist it up and check out the truck. Also the coating on the fenders. Good stuff Butta. Cheers from California!

I just use auto mode and custom. In custom everything is in Street except transmission. I find the shift points are a little bit high but then when I pop it into cruise it up shifts and the RPMs drop.

You need a good tune to fix the paddles. The raptor had the same problem and it was completely fixed with a good tune.

Did you try shifting like that while wearing your seatbelt? Maybe they tame it down when you aren't wearing it?

Does the paddle problems happen with all TRX’s or just yours in particular

In Auto mode I was averaging about 9.7 MPG. When I changed the suspension from Street to Baja my average MPG went up to 10.5 🤷🏻‍♂️

I noticed something with my brakes with mine I'm still keeping track before I take it in

Even the lower carbon fiber insert in the steering wheel is clunky. When i park the car for an hour in the sun. I can hear it clunking when touched. seems like it is glued together and very thin piece.

It’s a new vehicle, it takes us around 2yrs to tweak out issues. Ford/GM or any car company for that matter.

To get instant shifts, you need a DCT ! Any Automatic tranny without DCT operates in the manner you describe in the video... Show me one AT without DCT that has instant shift capabality ? It does not exist Butta ! TY 4Ta Vid Bro !!
