Growing up my dad was a chef and when he would take us on the weekends he often didn't want to cook after long nights in the kitchen. So it was mostly hot dogs and mac and cheese for us. But every once in awhile he'd pull out the shake and bake and some pork chops this video takes me back.

I remember when they came out with those shake and bake breading devices. I was like MAN…this is a game changer from being younger. We used to gallon size zip lock bag it!

Warning long comment : l went with 2 bone chops, hand crushed the Cheez-Its in a bag, added the rest without blending, along with a little McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning, fried them up in a cast iron grill pan with a nice chunk of butter, spoon marinating as they cooked. Their company was with 2 over easy eggs with chopped parsley and cilantro on top, one slice toasted sourdough with butter cut into 2-inch strips, half an avocado-salt-pepper-lemon juice to the side, and to top it off.. one cup of fresh watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe chunks smacked right down in the middle of the plate.( yes I had to use a big platter plate ) It was so damn beautiful I had to take a picture of it and even do that shit lol.. Yes I ate the whole damn thing down to cleaning the plate with the toast soaking in the pork seasonings, egg yolk and sweet and saltiness of the fruit.
It was amazing, I'm probably going to DIG IN again with the same exact meal this weekend for breakfast kickoff time. 😋✌🏼🏈

I blended all the ingredients minus the panko crumbs, then mixed it all together. It came out crispy for me 🤤. Thank you for the recipe! It was a treat.
