In Russia, schoolchildren study 7 lessons of 45 minutes each, and then do homework for 3-6 hours. At the university there are basically 4 classes a day (1 class = 2 lessons at school) and also a LOT of homework.

I heard this 'fact' but idk if it is real:in China to make students learn harder in the first day the put a clip with every single parent of the kids working hard and earning very little money to show the kids that their parents love them so much that they do this just so that the can go to school
