Have not been a cabbage fan - one of those foods I avoided for a long time. But now that I am a grown-up person (very grown-up, old actually), it is ending up in my cooking more. This is a very appealing recipe, so will give it a try. As a mother, I can say it is wonderful to have kids that look after you. We live with our daughter and it has been a real blessing for all of us. Feel bad for families that have become estranged. Happy Mother's Day to your wife and mom.

Wonderful cabbage dish! I love cabbage in various ways and cooking for 1 can be a challenge to eat a whole head, even if I get a smaller one 😂 I think this is first time in ages I haven’t had everything in recipe in my fridge, but these can easily be purchased next trip. Flavors look amazing. I tend to prefer plant butter in many dishes bc it does add just a bit of flavor. The kind of flavor you have to ponder on to imagine what it is…
