I REALLY LIKE THE SUBTLE THINGS IN THIS AND OTHER VIDEOS!!!

Even at the beginning (0:18) the background looked like it had a tinge of purple in it (to me!) while everything else was mostly blue!!
then the flash of purple as BLUE is happy at his sister paying for his stuff (0:22) ((also noting the blue jacket LAVENDER has on before its taken off... :3))

the purple background afterwards.. and the picture!! (0:24), LAVENDERs eyes being open and staring at BLUE with what seems to be a hint of the white eyes in her eyes now is so awesome to put???

and then the background turning more purple (signaling that LAVENDER is watching him maybe?) while BLUEs shadow is well.. blue!! (0:25) is a nice touch too, i like how the background turns purple while whatever blue is really putting his focus on is blue (?? sorta)

The fact that LAVENDER was so close to BLUE at (0:35) but him not seeing anything wrong with it since they've always been close as kids, and the purple lighting cutting through the blue background...?!?!??!

LAVENDERs focus being on both the pink lady(mom??? or friend?? help i dont know) and BLUE but lighter, seeing as there is someone there with the both of them..!!!!

The fact theres a purple lighting, clothing, and text all around BLUE by himself (0:40 - 0:42) but then there's NO PURPLE when its the Pink Lady and BLUE together

The background turning purple at 0:51 when BLUE sees that LAVENDER is staring at him undressing and then his obvious anger, disgust and betrayal appearing on his face as he blows up on her (I'd guess that BLUE would at least hint to his trauma to LAVENDER since they *were* very close??)

AND THE HEART!! (0:53) The fact the heart beats up in fear is a nice touch too, and with LAVENDER brushing off his anger and fear of her watching him by Gaslighting and manipulating him into believing its at least semi normal because they're sibling and "She's not doing this maliciously, just making sure he's okay!" and that she isn't evil at all

I also like how while BLUEs text is all scratchy to calm, LAVENDERs text is big and bold showing just how much power she really has over his mind because shes been there for him ever since they were both born — (1:04 - 1:09)

and when LAVENDER nods while brushing off his fearful concerns of her being a creep is a nice touch as well ((as well as the jacket not holding his vibrant blue anymore!)) — (1:10)

And with BLUE shaking in anger/fear and holding a defensive and tense pose really puts his feelings out there, him slowly getting less tense, less angry, and less defensive with his pose and speech puts the icing on the cake for that part — (1:05 - 1:07 - 1:09)

like what others said, BLUE showing his subtle discomfort regarding being in any position that could be seen as intimate and revealing by standing up straight after feeling like LAVENDER is watching him and wirh RED(?) showing her confusion as to why he's standing up straight considering he's always in his most comfortable positions when talking and him brushing it I will always love the subtle changes in character after something traumatic. — (1:15 - 1:19)

^ on that note too, i like how at first everything was red until BLUE felt LAVENDERs eyes on him, and then touches of purple stayed, like the background and the desk turning purple before the temporary distraction of RED talking to him made him focus more on her than LAVENDER but still subconsciously feeling her eyes. (hence the eyes staying there)

anyways i really enjoy how these videos with BLUE and these women are showcasing all the different types of S/A. Especially as someone who had gone through it and more, makes me feel heard!! Thank you!

The "Dont touch it" scene is so sad to me because It feels like Blue is trying to tell Lavender not to do it again but she isnt taking it seriously, which is why shes still smiling during the "Dont touch it" part. It feels like shes mocking him and making a joke out of his anger. And the eyes scene to me is him feeling exposed. Blue just cant forget the feeling of having someone watching him in digusting ways like that even if they're not present in the room.

Sadly again, I can relate. I had a person who I was in a romantic relationship with record private things without my knowledge. They didn’t understand that when I stayed upset for clearly overstepping my boundaries that an “I’m sorry I deleted it” doesn’t fix anything, it just shows you don’t understand what you did. To this day I’m still not comfortable showing my body on camera. These topics need to be addressed and I’m glad you’re bringing them to light💕

Vic, I’ll be honest with you. This is spectacularly made. The character of Lavender being incredibly awful is very well done. We were lead on with how chill she seemed, and that hones in on the exact message this series is trying to convey. “Anybody can be an abuser or a victim” no matter how presentable they may seem.

The color choice, the facial expressions, and all in all the animation is very well done, and I really appreciate you shedding light on sensitive topics that should really have more awareness brought to them. I truly applaud you for that.

It's good that you show you don't have to make physical contact to commit an act of SA. Crossing boundaries like watching someone get dressed when they want privacy is something that can qualify as S.A. The fact that lavender trying to downplay it is shown as her going from creepy to nonchalant is a nice touch. It calls attention to the nature of such gaslighting.

I’ve noticed from other videos how purple seems to be relatively close with red which makes me think that red could have been groomed similarly to blue by purple, (perhaps that could be a reason for her obsessive behaviour)

Seriously, I really love how you represent S/A and not just show it as if it were to be touched or get to something more intimate, since S/A is committed by saying vulgar things, seeing them without consent, forcing to watch inappropriate videos, etc. Also that you represent how a predator can be literally anyone, even your family, which I experienced since my mother did it.

Hey! Thanks so much for voicing this out. People think S/A is only “physical touching”, but in reality it comes in different forms like mentioned at the start of the video. People tend to ignore victims of other forms of S/A (such as "visual" and "verbal" assault) which really shocked me!

I, myself, am a victim and I find my story close to Blue’s. I'm the oldest sibling, and an only female. This is my experience. My brother would watch me change, and smile the entire time. Other times, he would touch my private parts and make me touch his. He would even show me it at times. It was really disgusting, but my parents told me that he's young and doesn't know any better. I always feel like someone's watching me.

We really need to spread this message!

Sadly, I can relate to this.
I’m a 14yr male, and my mother wasn’t only physically but mentally, emotionally, and psychologically sexually abusive for my entire childhood. She is not the first women nor person in general to touch me, as I am also a victim of rape. Every experience is different, every abuser is different.

Edit: Wow, I genuinely never expected to ge any sympathy at all. This means the world to me, since no one irl shows much disdain for what’s happened to me. Thank you, kind strangers.❤️


Edit 2: Yes, my mother is getting the treatment she deserves. My therapist contacted CPS and whether she goes to jail or not, I’ll never see her again due to multiple interviews and body checkups/blood & salvia tests I’ve had.

Edit 3: What previously stated isn’t the only thing that’s happened, unfortunately. I’ve had several friends who’ve s/a’ed and or raped me, my mother also sold me to a man so he could rape me.

Overall, most of my trauma comes from women. I am a man, a male, a teenage boy, struggling everyday just because some creepy women couldn’t keep their hands off of me, not even my own mother.
