Exercise is so important in young but especially in adult and elderly. Movement helps to strengthen the muscles the bone density keeps our mind younger helps to control blood sugar under control keeps young our cardio circulatory system, keeps our endothelial cells healthier, prevents Alzheimer’s and dementia, improves our memory, fight depression and the list goes on and on… beautiful campaign!!! There should be more of these video campaigns that shows the importance of being active.
