General advice for growing out your hair ‼️
Last year I had my hair at my shoulders practically a bob and was super heat damaged, frizzy and just in general unhealthy, now I’ve grown my hair out to past my chest and it’s so much healthier and softer.
My main advice is to just use heat protectant no matter what, it does a lot more than you think. Second is to work on scalp health (after all that’s where your hair grows from.) This would include using a scalp massager or just massaging your scalp with your fingers for 3-5 minutes at LEASE once a week or how ever much you want (the more the better)
I would recommend a hair growth oil for some added moisture and sped up results but it’s not necessary if you don’t have the resources to.
I would get a hair mask, it adds so much moister and makes your hair more manageable.
lastly the main products I would deeply consider purchasing would be a hair oil and leave in conditioner (doesn’t matter how popular, expensive or cheap it is, as long as you notice good results when you use it.) Your hair follicles have little holes in it that causes moister to drip out like a faucet, of which can cause your hair to feel dry and brittle on day two after washing, the leave in conditioner closes and smooths down those holes causing your hair to lock in all of the moister properly (apply to roots and mids.) And the hair oil is for your ends, your hair follicles are like a long cylinders which causes there to be a hole at the end of your hair strand, hair oil closes up that hole similar to the leave in conditioner, however it’s more extreme and covers a bigger hole than the leave in conditioner does. And the most simple thing is to wear your hair in a loose style to bed, it helps your hair not break off while your sleeping. lastly remember it does take time to see results, if you stick to it you should see minor results within a week like new baby hairs growing or your split ends starting to decrease. Make sure to take photos to document your growth!

Products and summery in case you didn’t want to read all of that:

Heat protectant: necessary (please use)
Scalp massage: do at LEAST once a week, do more if your schedule allows it (the more the merrier)
Hair growth oil: not necessary but recommended (adds extra moisture to your hair and speeds up the process)
Hair mask: recommended (use once a week) makes your hair soft and manageable.
Leave in conditioner: seals your hair follicles causing more shine and hydration.
Hair oil: seals your ends moisture in and causes your hairs moisture to last longer after your wash day.
Protective hair style to bed: just something loose like a braid or bun.
Take pictures of your progress: I almost thought this hasn’t been working but then I looked back at my old photos and never believed how long my hair has gotten.

Reminder: it does take time to see significant results: however if you stick to the basics you’ll start to see results within a month or two!

Another quick tip: If you want your hair super shiny like glass find products that have a high amount of silicone in it.

I still use heat on my hair I just changed the way I moisturize and protect my hair.

Sorry guys I wrote a whole on essay, I’m gonna comment this under other videos as to not wait it 😭 hope this starts someone’s hair growth journey! make a comment and come back in a month to share your results!

It's not about hate, it's about delivery and lack of options that should have went along with that! True love is one of them, without, it's as tasteless and the militants that prove people wrong to keep feeding the deliverys! Wow, and thier this is

Yep, I have curly hair and I always straightened it. Just recently did I wear it natural, when I did that everyone was like “WOW I LOVE YOUR HAIR!” Because they’ve never seen it natural so everyone thought I had naturally pin straight hair.
