My uncle that's resintly passed had drag raced a kz1000 on jet fuel at the Blair Bedford dirt drags in Pennsylvania. That sound brings back old memories ❤❤❤ God bless u for keeping these bikes on the roads an in the dirt.

Had a Yamaha seca 750 in the eighties with a kerker header, can’t mistake that sound. Love the eighties bikes

Wish I still had mine. It had blacked cylinders and a a black Kerker 4 into 1. Such a beast!

Looks great and sounds great! I have a 1982 KZ1000J2. I personally consider it as the bastard child of the kz family, LOL! The engine is modified. Thirty over, high compression race cam and other stuff. Shift gears at 10X RPM's. A happy place.
