No one talk bout it because the shimmer doenst give you all the components. Only a few times (like if you decraft any item that its crafting gives you multiple. Like ropes of silk

I remember shimmering my recall potions cause magic mirror (I don't plan on using them for ML) and it was like 150 and only gave me 60-80 something spectral fish not 150

you could use this for super healing potions too to get infinite fragments

This still works but only with crafted or found potions. Once you shimmer it it won’t duplicate again

So that's why no one talked about it.. its because it require a mod.. and not vanilla.. i mean.. if you have a mod. Give yourself directly the potion and coin..

Why are there people on here saying it's hard to farm potions?? You can have an amazing farm before even hitting hard mode. Some people just can't grind.

if you think abbout, its the same concept of minecraft's projectE + industralcraft EMC farming with blaze rods and macerators

this is great but in terms of money just use the shard glitch and you'll have hundreds of platinum in no time.

Or,
Place a chest
Put your items in it
Save and quit
Take your items out
Die by any means (I recommend a nearby lava or fall pit)
Force quit on the "You were slain" screen (I recommend the 13 second mark)
Reload
Rinse and repeat

This method works on all platforms and all versions

On vanilla the shimmer can not give you all the ingredients back as to prevent this

Im assuming this works with foods...if so you could shimmer the golden foods and get golden bait?

This is also a infinite ore glitch, but how useful can it really be if I have to beat skeleton before doing it, but by then, u don't really need ore.
