The Count of Monte Cristo was also rumored to be a vampire due to his pale complexion, magnetic charm, and how he was never seen eating ; there's also a novel entitled "The Vampire Count of Monte Cristo", which pretty much combines the original novel with a vampiric touch.

Bram Stoker started the game with Dracula, Anne Rice took the game to another level with Lestat.

Good video. Thank you. Vampires have no reflection because they have no soul. Some stories talk about vampires aversion to silver and when a person holds a cross up to a vampire, it's the holder that has to have complete faith for it to work, not the vampire. A side note, " The Ballad of Dwight Frye" by Alice Cooper is about the man who played Renfield in Bela Lugosis Dracula. He spent 14 days in an asylum during filming and his family didn't know he was locked in there. Stay safe.

Thank You for Uploading this Video this Year as Unknown to me when this October began I did not know that it was going to end up being a 'Dracula' and 'Vampire' themed month as all moth Long I ended up watching. All of the Dracula Films that I have in addition to 'From Dusk Till Dawn' anyways side note I really like the Updated take on Dracula in Dracula 2000 as it suggested that he can not be killed Permanently. Not Only that but that Dracula is Tied to a Very Famous Religious Figure and an Very Famous Religious Event (if you haven't seen that film). And as for the film itself it seemed that the underlining theme of the film is Lust. As it was all over the place in the film.

It's a shame everyone seems to over look Dark Shadows. It's the first time a vampire was a sex symbol. It's were the idea of Interview with a Vampire comes from.

Toward the end, the video got a bit repetitive. And you missed a few interesting things like "real life vampires", or Carmilla, another very iconic vampire. There is also a pen & paper rpg, vampire the masquerade. Or video games like Castlevania.

A little cutting out of repeating what you already told us about them could have given those things some mention - or made the video more concise.

But overall, I really enjoyed it. Keep it up. 👍
