Know the limits of my life and with that knowledge sculpt a life, a framework to CREATE and ADD meaning to my life and LIFE. I've recently retired from years of working in social justice. So burnt out. So empty. And I've been knowing that I need to "redo" my values, ethics, reason for being and living... and finally a door to walk through. Thank you SO MUCH!!

We are creators. That's wonderful, I like that - and I believe that everyone has something inside them which they want to express. I've been a musician since I was a teeanger. I can't tell you how much value it has added to my life - although I hasten to add that spending two months in residential therapy back in 2003, brought me a lot closer to this creative force. A missing part of the jigsaw was found.

This is my therapeutic approach of choice and one of the approaches I'm preparing for my final exam next week. Thank you for ALL your videos. I am glad I found them, and you. How I wish we had an Academy like yours where I live ... what an amazing opportunity it is to learn in such an engaging environment.

Dear Emmy, thank you for your very generous and informative videos. Do you recommend any online or Australian courses on existential psychotherapy. I have a masters in counselling and psychotherapy. Until a few years ago I was embedded in the arts, as a painter, curator and gallery director. After a major loss of a loved one and ill health, my own philosophy connects with the idea of creativity being a vital part of our life force, that we keep revealing who we are and we can keep creating our lives. Your ideas of how existential therapy can help clients (and our self’s) to keep changing and creating, and the joy that is possible is very inspiring! Thank you for your words and ideas. Kind regards, Brigid

Well... I help people to understand the criminological problems of our criminal power structures. That’s part of my existential therapy.
