Culture is: the language you speak, the food you eat, the values of the community, religious preferences, how you dress.etc.. every location has a culture, and it is not determined by race.

White isnt a place. White covers russians, germans, canadians, americans, sweden, etc. To discover their culture you need to know where they came from if you want to understand their cultures. Yes, there are other races in those countries but the predominant race is white and each of those countries has its own culture. Skin color isnt their end-all and be-all. Every race has a home country. Every race exists all over the globe. This woman claiming "white" has no culture is so incredibly racist.
