Il say it now. this is my favourite mario game of all time. It was ahead of its time if you think about it... with the remake buzz going on in the past decade. It made these mario games the definitive versions to play these 4 games in my opinion. maybe im guilty because as a kid this was all I knew for a bit.... I think I had no idea that they were originally on a weaker technology console. But that being said, the lure as a kid to 'Allstars' was always so exciting and 16 bit mario is my favourite, maybe im bias... but damn who else wants to see Mario 2 or Mario 3 completely 3D?

As a kid, I thought that the golden seal left of Mario on the lost levels cover was a hamburger. I remember feeling like a complete badass beating the first three levels of Mario 1 without dying, just to lose all lives in the castle.

Man i remember having to beg my parents to order this for me because it wasn't available in stores. Years later, i end up getting another snes (during the ps1 days) and i got another all stars but ut had super mario world on it too.... badass

If you think about it, this was one of the first video game Remakes.

C.O.W. Boys of Moo Mesa was awesome. They did a crossover with TMNT at one point. I wish they would make a new cartoon. The game was fun as well, it was mostly made due to the success of the TMNT games they made and they wanted to make another arcade game to match its success but sadly it didn't;t catch on. Wish it was on Consoles like The Switch.
