Okay, here's the story. The girl with the hammer paid for the fence currently around her home. Often, what neighbors do in that case is speak to the person next to them about a co-pay on the fence, since both parties benefit from it. The people recording did not help pay for the fence between their homes. But once the neighbors had put up theirs, the people recording added a small portion to connect the two fences.

Essentially, they pulled a major dick move.

So yeah, props to that girl who pulled out the sledge hammer and took her property back.

SO... apparently, there was an old fence on the property line that fell apart. The neighbors didn't want to help replace it. The lady with the hammer built their own fence, completely inside her own property. The neighbors, then built their own fence and attached it to the lady with the hammer without permission. I say... GOOD FOR THE LADY WITH THE HAMMER! She asked you to help build it, you said no. She did it on her own then you want to reap the benefits but put in no effort? Typical socialist behavior. I hope the people who recorded this have the worst type of things happen to them. You go Ms. Hammer Lady!

She outplayed you, she set back her boundary built a perimeter fence, forcing uncooperative neighbours to build their own fences, either to the survey line, or setback point. You can't come past the boundary line which you should have told the contractor you all have to build your own fences.

Good for that girl! We had a neighbour do exactly the same to our lovely fence and I smashed it off too and threw it at them and then said ''If you had asked me if you can attach the wood I would have said yes but oh no you had to do it without asking''

These people wanted to use their neighbors and then body shamed her (she's hardly chubby) and couldn't see how ridiculous they were being. They're in the wrong from a legal stand point and from an ethical one.
