This is a no brainer. It is kind of like asking who would win between a 250 lbs fighter raised as a 'Spartan Warrior' versus a 145 lbs pacifist raised in a 'Peace Loving Hippie Commune'.
Still, I watched the vid as entertainment.

This is a horrific scenario for the Bonobo. Chimps have the track record and are far more savage than a Bonobo would ever dream of being.

You nailed it. Another important factor is that the chimp is much better at using tools. They actually make spears out of tree branches. They commonly fight each other with rocks and sticks. Sometimes, they use crude wooden spears and large animal bones and have even been observed to throw dirt into their opponents' eyes. Even a leopard will think twice before picking a fight with a chimpanzee troop.
