Can you do “walk through” of your take offs mock up of a project. Ppl need to know as a estimator you interact with many ppl and can’t be shy in team meetings explaining how you got your numbers for the job

Do certain individuals handle specific trade take-offs or does everyone cover every trade? Also, how often do you make site visits?
