Metal bat's HEEELICOPTER HEEELICOPER (i forgot how is it called) mov3 and brutal beatdown can be cancelled if u hit him during like 2 seconds for helicopter and 3-4 seconds for brutal beatdown ull cancel the move, but during that time he can use death blow so he can trick ppl by using first or 2nd move, they will try to hit him and when u see ppl try to dash u can use death blow to insta kill them

Saitama- eh A tier
Garou- Worst Ult even a 10-kill person can dodge it, D tier
Genos- No matter what you will hit incinerate unless ur bad, ehh a good old A tier
Sonic- STRAIGHT UP UNESCAPABLE there is literally no way someone dodges ur Sonic ult unless they're lucky or ur bad, S TIER
Metal Bat- Saitama ult but a little better coz of savage tornado, High A tier
Atomic Samurai- I HATE THAT CHARACTER AND ITS ULT, C tier

Garou's final hunt is too OP because it cancels moves with iframes, and if i remember right atomic samurai's atomic slash move, genos incinerate, etc

i personally think that saitama is a ez S because death counter is 1 of if not the best move in the game omni u need to get rid of ragdoll cancel BUT u can 1 shot someone and it looks the coolest in the game also with serious punch if u waste there ragdoll cancel and the use a downslam it 1 shots them and table flip if u use m1s and then use table flip they get slowed down and they die (unless they use mode of block the push back)

Ngl for me personally garou should be at least A tier because you can spam its moves and its very dangerous if your fighting garou ult at close range, soon as you ragdoll cancel your either dead or alive it depends and the final hunt is call the "final" hunt for a reason it basically cancel most ultimate moves and does like 80% damage, this is obviously just my opinion. (even noobs can kill pros with this, speaking from experience)
