That looks so good! I'm always afraid to try eggs Benedict because of the hollandaise sauce. It just looks so hard to make and yet people around me seem to don't like it.

ps. can you do a double banbary, if you have the metal mixing bowls, with a bit of water insulation, ( 2/3 of a cup+/-) so that it wont over cook your sauce???? (think wetsuit)

What on Earth have you done with the sound Katie?! Sure, it's a morning dish, but don't have to make it in the toilet? 😁

Sounds aside, hollandaise sauce is amazing, however I still sometimes scramble mine... Or, let it rest on to high heat, but I haven't given up...
