NYC makes legit business difficult to the point where illegitimate businesses are better off.

Bro you are exposing incompetent government and criminal groups. It’s hard to tell them apart. Stay blessed.

We are living in an insane asylum, it just doesn't have any walls. The longer I live on this planet, the more I understand why roosters start their day screaming.

NYC is a third world country propped up by Wall Street.

I got taken to an illegal bar in the back of a convenience store in NYC 15 years ago. My friend who took me was a cop and so was almost everyone else in there...

Nobody seemed to care about enforcing the law even then.

I've been following cash for 2 years now. Crazy how he went from showing NYC homes and apartments, to covering the most insane migrant crisis in history. At one point I remember him supporting them but after seeing everything his views have changed greatly. We have to do something about the migrant crisis instead of helping them.

This is also happening in England. Some areas have ten or twelve 'Turkish barbers'. They are fronts for money-laundering.

In May 1998(!), the journalist Peter Scholl-Latour said during a panel discussion with the then German Foreign Minister Klaus Kinkel: "Anyone who takes in half of Calcutta will become a Calcutta themselves."

That is exactly what is happening now in New York and other large cities in America and Europe.

Does anyone believe that doing the right thing actually gets you ahead anymore?

Man, I have finally lived long enough to see NYC return to the graffiti covered nightmare it was in the seventies.

I miss the apartment and neighborhood tours, but I also think that the work you've been doing lately is extremely important.

A lot of fake churches in Chicago. Blacked out windows, basic name (like Church of Jesus Christ). Like bro, we all know what's going on haha

Gambling is one of those "shameful" addictions that a lot of people still seem to deny is actually an addiction, especially because the government is so deeply involved in it too (lotteries, casinos, etc), but it can ruin lives in exactly the same way that drug addiction can.

In Texas they charge thieves with misdemeanors also but if you get 3 misdemeanors for the same offense it is enhanced to a felony that makes the punishment more severe. Maybe they should try that in New York.😊

there is an easy fix to all these massive shoplifting thefts. All these brick and mortar stores need to start doing is lock the doors and NOBODY but workers can get into the building. All sales need to be done via an app/thru their computer/cell phone and paid before they get to the stores and then they can come to the store front/window pick-up area to pick up their items that they paid for. End of all shoplifting in NYC!

Mr. Jordan, I found your channel in my feed when I was learning about tiny homes & I loved your vids on the different apartments, their designs (pro-cons), neighborhoods & costs. Over time I started seeing more & more JOURNALIST reporting (diverse FACTS & not just opinions). I find your videos to be informative, unbiased, evidence-supported, providing info on both sides or multiple sides & giving a REALISTIC insider's look at what is happening in NYC because of policies & you ASK questions as you share some of your thoughts. I come to you for news & appreciate the work you do.

I have a solution to the $1000 dollar steal policy. Price your goods, all your goods with a 1k extra and advertise it like that. So when something is $2.75, make it $1002.75. When you buy the product, you get a $1k discount at the tiller. This way, people are stealing above $1k and can get arrested. You keep customers that can still shop at your shop. This can work?
