SOFT Hair-stroke Brows Using A Pencil | Shonagh Scott

Today's eyebrow tutorial is on how to achieve natural-looking hair-stroke lines using a brow pencil instead of a brow pen. You know I'm an avid user of brow pens but I know many of you struggle with them, and you prefer a softer more natural-looking eyebrow. That is a beautiful look, I enjoy your channel. I have gray hair and finding a fine pencil that matches is a challenge (Benefit is not cruelty free, Kosas is thick, have to try Rare Beauty). So I have found a perfect solution. I bought the finer ABH brush (7B) and I brush it along the UD 24/7 pencil in Smoke, which is nice and soft and waterproof and use it like a brow gel. A bit of a learning curve, but works perfectly. Needs to be powdered for staying power, but I have my perfect color and nice fine lines!

Do you have any tips on how much of the product you expose when filling in the eyebrow? I bought this product and went through it very quickly as a lot of times it broke on me, I’m assuming from being an extremely thin pencil.

Wow, that's a skinny pencil! I've been really happy with the Cover Girl Easy Breezy Brow because the 720 Soft Blonde color is such a perfect match for me but, around the holidays, I'm always tempted to buy myself some presents for being a good girl all year, hahaha, so we'll see. 🎀🎄🎁

What if you have no hair to help draw the hair strokes?? I have Alopecia and I do t have any hair that I can use as a canvas

Oh wow that pencil is skinny!! But the shade selection is I think there’s only the black that have cool undertone :/ it’s a shame because you did such a good job I don’t like super makeupy eyebrows and yours are wonderful!
