I worked in a Woodyard for 10 years at a papermill. That blade looks mighty small, the ones we used on the saw deck had to be moved by a crane and would kill you if they fell on you. Dull blades were sent off to have the teeth reworked or new ones welded on. It was always fun to have teeth come off a blade and come whizzing into the glass right in front of where you were sitting or have a blade just completely explode on ya.

"For several hours the vibrating stones do nothing to the blades"

High pressure water jet cutters are unreal. It can cut through 8 inches (20 cm) of steel. Some can cut even thicker.

"The stones clean the blade" yes, how very clean.

First they take the dinglebop, then smooth it out with a bunch of shleem. The shleem is then repurposed for later batches. They take the dinglebop and push it through the grumbo. Where the fleeb is then rubbed against it. Its important that the fleeb is rubbed, because the fleeb has all the fleeb juice. Then a shlammie shows up and he rubs it and spits on it. They cut the fleeb. There are several hizzards in the way. The blamfs run against the trumbles and the ploobis and grumbo are shaved away. That leaves you with a regular old plumbus

It's important that a technician secures the blades. If a baker did it, all hell would break loose.

5-10 years for any blade sounds too good to be true

Me and my wife been watching how it's made since the day the show first aired in January 2001. Fast forward 23 years later and now my ten year old is watching it with us 🖤❤🖤 if this show was aired in the 80's/90's it would still be airing new episodes and the marathons would be in the record books 💯👍🏾🖤❤🖤❤🖤❤

I used to love (and still do) how its made on science channel, really wish they would make a spin off called how its maintenanced or how its repaired, something of the sort would be absolutely awesome!
