So basically don't eat processed food, exercise, count calories, and do face lifts when necessary. You don't need supplements if your diet is diverse and healthy. Loading on vit D can calcify your arteries. Better get it from food.

"Old" starts somewhere around 102. Expertise starts somewhere around, uh, research, not just talking about yourself.
