1) Razor Fishing with a coat hanger and hook and no salt. Also large clams.

My Dad has been doing this for years, using a coat hanger and creating a hook at the end he spears a razor fish. He does not use salt to bring the razor fish to the surface. The disadvantage is that it kills the razor fish. Razor fish can still be eaten if cleaned and cooked soon after catching. Generally he uses them for fishing bait but they taste delicious fried with garlic, shallots and white wine. Also shown very large clams. Find a clam with coat hanger and hook then dig it up. Clearly the clip shows that he was not successful each time but be assured by the end of the day a large bucket of razor fish was had.
